Job Summary
- A highly organized and detail-oriented professional with extensive experience in document control/data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Process and control all project documents on a day-to-day basis in an accurate and timely
- manner.
- Ensure quality documentation, such as drawings, RFIs, and incoming and outgoing registers is maintained.
- File documents in physical and digital records and ensure appropriate storage.
- Prepare process documents, organize an archiving system, and ensure all team members have access to necessary documentation.
- Retrieve documents upon request.
- Outline a long-term storage system.
- Prepares routine claim reports (insurance and suppliers) for management as required.
- Adherence to requirements/standards.
- Prepare and analyze production/quality data for management.
Qualifications
- B.Sc./BE/HND in Science and Administration.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience in document management/data analysis, archive management or records.
- Knowledge of document management systems like SharePoint, OnlyOffice, DocuWare Cloud, Rubex.
- Proficiency in document capturing systems like CAPSYS Capture and Eerox DocuShare.
