Responsibilities
- Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding of new employee
- Ensuring employees have correct pay and benefits
- Delivering compensation and benefit comparison reports to the executive team
- Ensuring that company employment policies follow national laws and regulations
- Advising executives on matters of salaries, redundancy, and employment law
- Recording and processing confidential information.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years experience in a HR management role, preferably in the entertainment industry.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication
- Comprehensive understanding of employment law
- Sensitive and understanding
- Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
- Thorough attention to detail
- Administrative skills
- Ability to work well with others
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
- HR Certification is a plus.
