Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
  • Assist in organizing training and development sessions.
  • Handle routine administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Manage correspondence, including responding to inquiries and forwarding important communications.
  • Help in maintaining office supplies inventory and ensuring a tidy workspace.
  • Provide support in organizing company events or activities.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
