Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing employee relations strategies that align with our organizational goals.
- Be part of the hiring to ensure the right candidates are selected
- Ready to act as a point of contact for resolving employee grievances and conflicts.
- Facilitate training and workshops;
- Conduct regular assessments of employee satisfaction and workplace culture.
- Manage compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Design and administer employee welfare programs
- Manage employee communications, engagement, and feedback mechanisms.
- Advise management on necessary policies and practice updates to mitigate potential issues.
- Coordinate employee engagement and recognition programs.
- Identify and mitigate against potential employee relations risks.
- Maintain and update employee relations policies and procedures.
- Be ready to act as a key representative in collective bargaining discussions.
- Prepare reports on employee relations metrics for management review.
- Any other duties as may be directed by the Business Head.
Requirements
- HND/BSC
- CIPMN Certification
- 8 – 10 years in similar role.
