Job Description
- Responsible for ensuring that the hotel provides excellent customer service, managing staff, overseeing room allocations, allocating tasks, managing shifts, and resolving issues that may arise.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily hotel operations to ensure quality service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor staffing levels and oversee employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
- Respond to guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain hotel appearance and cleanliness standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and functionality.
- Train and mentor new employees and provide ongoing training for existing staff.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and guest experience.
- Responsible for upholding the confidentiality of proprietary information as well as protect the Hotel’s assets.
- Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring adequate stock and timely ordering for both Maintenance unit and House Keeping unit.
- Ensure operations staff are well dressed and ready for each day’s task.
- Any other duty as may be assigned by management from time to time.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND with 5 – 15 years experience.
