Job Description

  • The Real Estate Sales and Marketing Executive will play a vital role in driving sales growth, client acquisition, and market engagement.
  • This role demands a dynamic professional with a proven ability to navigate Lagos’ competitive real estate market, employ modern sales strategies, and collaborate effectively with digital marketing teams to boost client engagement and revenue.

Responsibilities
Sales and Marketing Strategy Implementation:

  • Develop and execute innovative sales and marketing plans to attract potential buyers.
  • Work collaboratively with the digital marketing team to design campaigns, virtual tours, and social media promotions.

Client Acquisition and Retention:

  • Identify, engage, and convert leads into loyal clients.
  • Ensure personalized and exceptional service throughout the client journey to maximize satisfaction and referrals.

Market Research and Insights:

  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, competitive insights, and new opportunities.
  • Use data to refine sales approaches and adapt to changing market demands.

Sales Operations Management:

  • Maintain accurate sales records

Brand Representation and Promotion:

Requirements
Education and Experience:

  • HND/Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or a related field or ability to exercise a very high level of passion in real estate service delivery.
  • 1 – 3 years of experience in real estate consulting sales or marketing, with a proven record of achieving sales targets.
  • Experience in related industries like banking or insurance is an added advantage.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency and familiarity with digital marketing tools.
  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret market data and adjust strategies effectively.
  • Knowledge of Lagos’ real estate market trends and opportunities.
