About the Role

• We are in search of a Web Designer. As a web designer at our organisation, you will be crucial in creating and maintaining visually appealing, user-friendly websites for our agency and our diverse clients.
• You will also collaborate with graphic designers, content creators, and video editors.
• Your expertise in web development will enhance our and our clients’ brand presences and ensure seamless functionality across various platforms.

Responsibilities

• Create responsive and visually appealing websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, etc.
• Develop websites using various website page builders, such as Elementor, Wix, Webflow, Divi, Brizy, and Framer.
• Collaborate with designers to translate wireframes and mockups into functional web pages.
• Optimize websites for speed, performance, and mobile responsiveness.
• Regularly update website content, including text, images, and multimedia elements.
• Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all web properties.
• Monitor website performance, identify issues, and implement necessary fixes.
• Debug and resolve technical issues related to website functionality.
• Implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings.
• Analyze website traffic and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align web development efforts with overall business goals.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and deliver exceptional results.

Requirements

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant website technologies.
• A minimum of 2 years experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal) and web frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).
• Ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly web interfaces.
• Understanding of design principles and aesthetics.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Adaptability to changing project requirements and emerging technologies.
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with team members and clients.
• Ability to translate client needs into actionable development tasks.
• A portfolio showcasing your previous web development projects.
