Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Foster a positive work environment, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, investigations, and disciplinary actions
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement talent management strategies
- Drive business growth through strategic workforce planning and development
- Ensure compliance with regulations, and company policies
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry
- Professional certification in HR, such as SHRM-SCP or HRCI, is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
