Job Summary

  • The ideal candidate will have at least 4-6 years of experience in human resources, with a particular focus on talent acquisition and performance management strategies within an HR consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes for clients across various industries, ensuring the best talent is sourced and placed.
  • Develop and implement effective performance management systems to help clients drive employee engagement, productivity, and development.
  • Conduct regular assessments of client HR needs, providing customized solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Provide expert guidance and support on HR best practices, recruitment strategies, and performance management techniques.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their organizational culture, and acting as a trusted HR advisor.
  • Deliver training and workshops to clients on performance management, employee development, and other key HR topics.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations in all HR processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus).
  • 4-6 years post-nysc experience in Human Resources, with significant expertise in recruitment and performance management.
  • Experience working in an HR consulting firm is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, talent acquisition strategies, and performance management frameworks.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates alike.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
