Role Overview

We are looking for a Lead Success Specialist to assist prospects, potential partners, and businesses in understanding MAX’s offerings and onboarding requirements. This role is responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and support. The specialist will address customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and serve as the main point of contact, managing everything from inquiries and complaints to sign-ups, registrations, and feedback.

Job Roles and Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry tasks, including updating lead information, researching new contact details for potential leads, and ensuring accuracy.
  • Reach out to potential leads via email, cold calls, or social media.
  • Act as the primary day-to-day contact for prospects, partners, and other business stakeholders, building trust and rapport while identifying opportunities, noting challenges, and documenting both.
  • Review the customer journey and provide consultative support to help prospects and partners resolve issues and achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with team members to strategize and problem-solve for upcoming client meetings.
  • Identify opportunities for customers to adopt the product more effectively and encourage higher adoption rates.
  • Develop and maintain customer-success strategies and best practices, including creating customer-support content with help from the creative team.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in customer service, communications, marketing, sales, or account management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with strategic planning and client management abilities.
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker, capable of adapting quickly to shifting priorities.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and project management tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.

Location and Travel:
