Your Role
As a vital member of our team, you’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth production operations and delivering high-quality products to our consumers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Machine Setup and Operation:
- Set up production machines with appropriate parameters for various SKUs/product lines.
- Adjust machine settings during product or line changes.
- Operate equipment to achieve consistent and continuous plant operation according to production plans.
- Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
- Monitor machines, identify malfunctions, and address issues promptly to prevent breakdowns.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on all production line equipment.
- Escalate faults beyond repairable limits to the maintenance/engineering team.
- Troubleshoot minor operational problems.
- Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all products meet established quality specifications.
- Take and record operational parameters at required intervals to maintain quality and consistency.
- Workplace Standards:
- Maintain equipment in optimal condition to ensure efficient operations.
- Keep the packing plant and your work area clean, adhering to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and 5S principles.
