Role Summary

As an Operations Officer, your main responsibility will be overseeing the daily operations to ensure smooth production, distribution, and customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with various teams to maintain high product quality, improve processes, and promote operational efficiency. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage daily production schedules to ensure the timely delivery of fresh, high-quality drinks.
  • Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished products, ensuring adequate supply to meet demand.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and operational standards.
  • Work with sales, marketing, and logistics teams to align operations with business goals.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Keep accurate records of production activities, inventory, and deliveries.
  • Resolve operational challenges and address customer concerns promptly.
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure compliance and optimal performance.
  • Train and supervise team members to ensure high performance and accountability.
  • Prepare and present operational reports to management, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.
  • Handle customer requests efficiently.

Requirements

  • OND qualification is required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in operations, preferably in the FMCG or food and beverage industry.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in inventory management and operational tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proven track record in team management and process improvement.
