Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure the efficient and timely delivery of solutions that align with customer needs and objectives.
  • Act as a liaison between Product Engineering and Pre-Sales Teams to ensure technical issues are resolved accurately and promptly during the pre-sales process.
  • Support the recruitment, evaluation, and overall management of Field Activation Officers within the assigned region.
  • Provide sales assistance and/or professional services for successful implementation.
  • Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Forecast and monitor key account metrics.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of the FMCG distribution chain from start to finish.
  • Track and analyze customer usage of the product to optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to onboard new clients and nurture relationships with existing clients.

Required Experience

  • Strong knowledge of digital solutions in Payments, Ordering, Marketing, and B2B marketplaces.
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate, present, and influence at all organizational levels, including executives and C-suite.
  • Experience in delivering customer-centric solutions.
  • Excellent skills in listening, negotiation, and presenting.
  • Deep knowledge of digital technologies.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on meeting deadlines.
