We are seeking an Aggregator Manager to join our Sales team. In this role, you will oversee and onboard new aggregators in your assigned region. To excel, you must possess a sharp sales acumen, strong people management skills, and an established network of aggregators.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard aggregators with a network of sub-agents.
- Encourage aggregators to recruit new agents monthly.
- Train aggregators on the onboarding process and KYC requirements.
- Provide training on performance monitoring using dashboards.
- Track aggregator performance, ensuring transaction activity and terminal utilization.
- Retrieve POS terminals from underperforming aggregators.
- Resolve issues and complaints promptly.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- 3–5 years of sales experience in agency banking.
- Strong self-motivation and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Customer-centric approach with adaptability to different personalities.
