Key Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Process sales orders and ensure timely product delivery within designated sales territories and outlets.
  • Manage the efficient redistribution of LSNL/BIC products across retail outlets, ensuring strong market coverage.
  • Regularly assess performance with regional managers and customers in alignment with set targets.
  • Develop and implement a coverage plan for the assigned region.
  • Identify new sales opportunities within the defined sales areas.
  • Ensure flawless execution of the SFA and other sales-related initiatives.
  • Oversee the successful execution of promotional activities and proper placement of POSM.

Performance Indicators

  • Achieving sales targets, both in volume and value.
  • Meeting coverage goals and expanding the number of new outlet listings.
  • Consistency in order frequency and cash collection.
  • Ensuring timely product availability and impactful shelf visibility.
  • Maintaining strong numeric and weighted distribution of LSNL/BIC products in the region.
