Job Description
- An Artist Assistant will support conference and event to create unique, engaging, and brand-consistent artwork that enhances the hotel’s aesthetic, ambiance, and guest experience while reflecting the hotel’s values and local culture.
Responsibilities
- As An Artist Assistant, you will support conference and events. The GC&E Coordinator will also support a culture of high quality standards and proactive selling.
Specifically, an Artist Assistant will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Conceptualize and create original artwork (paintings, sculptures, murals, etc.) for hotel spaces.
- Develop and maintain an artistic style consistent with the hotel’s brand.
- Research and incorporate local culture, history, and themes into artwork.
- Collaborate with hotel Artist to determine artwork placement.
- Ensure proper installation, lighting, and display of set ups.
- Maintain artwork condition and arrange restoration/conservation as needed.
- Work closely with hotel Artist, management and contractors.
- Communicate artistic vision and concepts effectively.
- Provide artwork documentation (materials, dimensions, installation instructions).
- Manage artwork inventory and maintenance records.
- Monitor and report artwork condition and damage.
- Assist with art-related events and exhibitions.
Requirements

- Candidates should possess an HND or B.Sc related courses.
- Minimum of 1 year work experience in Hilton.
- Ability to demonstrate negotiation and influencing skills.
- Ability to work in team.
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
