Job Summary
This role’s primary purpose is to provide specialized electrical skills and expertise to the shift team, supporting the operations and maintenance of the brewing plant and assisting in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintain a Safe and Healthy Working Environment:
- Adhere to safety, health, and environmental procedures and regulations.
- Maintain safety and housekeeping standards.
- Repair and maintain plant equipment and associated devices.
- Locate equipment, spares, documentation, and systems as required.
- Plan and prepare for maintenance tasks.
- Perform repairs and maintenance activities.
- Operate workshop equipment.
- Work in Teams:
- Communicate effectively with team members.
- Contribute to both personal and team development.
- Complete Work Orders:
- Address backlog issues.
- Ensure customer satisfaction with no rework required.
- Health, Safety, and Environment:
- Identify unsafe practices.
- Conduct safety inspections.
- Audit safe maintenance practices.
- Follow PPE policies.
- Ensure maintenance tools are in good condition.
- Maintain Brewing Equipment and Facilities.
Minimum Requirements
- A minimum of OND/B.Sc./B.Tech/HND in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Good verbal, sight, and hearing abilities to perform job tasks effectively.
