Job Description

As a Business Analyst in the Product, Technology, and Tools department, you will collaborate with teams and stakeholders to ensure that business needs are met with innovative solutions. This role involves analyzing business requirements, identifying appropriate solutions, and ensuring that our products and tools align with strategic objectives. Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Work with stakeholders to collect, document, and analyze business requirements, ensuring they align with organizational goals. Perform gap analyses to spot areas for improvement.
• Process Improvement: Assess existing workflows and business processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and recommending innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Documentation: Create detailed documents such as Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories to guide development teams.
• Stakeholder Communication: Foster clear communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure mutual understanding and alignment on goals.
• Product Development Support: Contribute to the development and rollout of new products and features, ensuring they meet business needs and user expectations.
• Testing & Validation: Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to confirm that solutions meet the requirements and address any issues before implementation.
• Product Advocacy: Advocate for user-centric solutions and ensure they address business challenges.
• Industry Insights: Stay current with industry trends to provide insights that influence product strategies.

Requirements

Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role or similar, preferably in tech or BPO industries.
• Experience in supporting product development from ideation to launch.
• Familiarity with agile development processes, including Scrum or Kanban.
• Proven success in managing relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Skilled in requirements gathering, process modeling, and documentation.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Tools

• Process Modeling: Experience with tools like Lucidchart, Microsoft Visio, or Miro for process mapping.
• Data Analysis: (Preferred) Experience with analytics tools for making data-driven decisions.
• Requirement Management: Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Trello for managing requirements and workflows.
• Collaboration: Comfort with platforms like Slack or Google Workspace for team communication.
