Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a robust technology strategy that aligns with the hospital’s growth objectives and operational needs.
- Spearhead the adoption and integration of advanced healthcare technologies, such as electronic health records (EHR), telemedicine, and AI-driven solutions.
- Oversee the management, upkeep, and security of IT infrastructure and hospital management systems.
- Ensure strict adherence to healthcare data privacy and security regulations.
- Work closely with medical, administrative, and clinical teams to identify and implement technological solutions that enhance patient care and improve operational efficiency.
- Stay informed about emerging healthcare technologies and proactively recommend innovations to optimize service delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire IT and technical teams to foster innovation and maintain a high-performance culture.
- Build strategic partnerships with technology vendors and research institutions to drive innovation and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 10 years of experience in technology leadership roles, preferably within the healthcare or hospital management sector.
- Deep knowledge of healthcare IT systems, cybersecurity, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives in a healthcare environment.
- Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication abilities.
- Strong collaboration skills with clinical and administrative teams.
Preferred:
- Certifications in IT governance or healthcare technology management.
