Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding and meeting the unique needs of our customers.
  • Oversee team operations, ensuring effective problem resolution, capacity planning, and smooth coordination of the supply chain.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure timely product delivery.
  • Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to ensure seamless transactions and superior service quality.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance business processes, customer satisfaction, and overall service experience.
  • Motivate and lead your team, optimizing workflows and promoting service excellence.
  • Foster customer engagement, driving organic growth through superior service experiences.
  • Set clear goals and implement strategies that align with the company’s mission and objectives.
  • Develop and refine service procedures, policies, and standards to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Analyze key performance data, generating accurate reports to inform decision-making.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop customer service agents, creating a culture of encouragement and empowerment.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices, continuously improving service delivery.
  • Manage and adhere to the approved budget for the department.

The Experience We’re Looking For

  • Strong background in customer service with a solid understanding of commercial insights and technical expertise.
  • Proven success in collaborating with stakeholders to deliver projects and achieve business goals.
  • Expertise in identifying customer needs and tailoring solutions to meet them.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to cultivate a customer-centric culture.
  • Analytical thinker with intermediate technical skills and advanced knowledge of data analytics.
  • Familiarity with supply chain management, logistics, and business process improvement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Sound understanding of management practices and techniques.
