Job Overview
As a Customer Service Officer, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, providing information, and ensuring their needs are met. You will also be responsible for taking and confirming customer orders, then relaying them to the appropriate department through the company’s approved process.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring satisfaction at every stage.
- Update production and logistics schedules to align with client requirements.
- Oversee delivery schedules, coordinating with drivers and logistics partners to guarantee timely and efficient deliveries.
- Address and resolve customer complaints swiftly, ensuring that issues are handled to the customer’s satisfaction.
Requirements
- B.Sc or HND in a business-related field.
- An MBA is an added advantage.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in customer service management, preferably within retail or food manufacturing.
