Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Guest Experience Management
- Warmly greet clients upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit.
- Manage schedules, ensuring clients are matched with the appropriate therapist and service for their needs.
- Handle rescheduling and cancellations professionally to maintain an organized appointment calendar.
- Actively gather and record client feedback.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an HND / NCE / OND qualification with at least 5 years work experience.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong command of both spoken and written English, advanced computer skills, leadership qualities, and a genuine passion for client service.
