Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of strategies to enhance mining processes.
- Manage the mining operations team, ensuring seamless operations.
- Ensure full compliance with safety regulations at all times.
- Monitor production performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on mining operations and performance.
- Foster positive relationships with other departments and key stakeholders.
- Integrate new technologies and methodologies to improve mining efficiency.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 24 years of experience in mining operations.
- At least 5 years of managerial experience in the mining industry.
- Deep understanding of mining procedures, safety regulations, and compliance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and team management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in team leadership and cross-department collaboration.
