Job Description
Location:
Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM – 5 PM EST
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Performance Tracking: Measure the performance of digital campaigns (impressions, clicks, email campaign performance, etc.) using HubSpot and Mailchimp, ensuring effective data tracking and analysis.
- UTM Tag Tracking: Monitor and analyze UTM tags on the website to track traffic sources and campaign success.
- Campaign Monitoring: Track and report on campaign performance, measuring engagement metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
- Performance Dashboards: Maintain and update performance dashboards, providing actionable insights.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, design, and content teams to align marketing initiatives with company goals.
Secondary Responsibilities (Preferred, but not essential):
- Content Support: Assist with digital campaign execution, oversee posting schedules, and optimize content using AI tools, while adhering to brand guidelines.
- Brand Consistency: Collaborate with the design team to ensure all digital assets align with the brand voice and design standards.
- Asset Organization: Manage and organize raw content and digital assets for future campaigns.
What Success Looks Like:
- Accurate Campaign Tracking: Track and analyze campaign metrics, including email performance and UTM tags, providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Well-Maintained Dashboards: Keep dashboards updated with clear insights into campaign success and engagement.
- Optimized Content: Support campaigns by ensuring content is optimized with AI tools and follows brand guidelines.
- Organized Digital Assets: Ensure digital assets are well-organized for easy access and use across marketing initiatives.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain a cohesive and consistent brand voice across all digital marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years in digital marketing, with a focus on analytics and performance tracking. Experience with HubSpot and Mailchimp is required.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze campaign metrics and performance data, including UTM tracking.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with experience working cross-functionally.
- Detail-Oriented: Highly organized, with strong attention to detail in managing data and digital assets.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiar with performance monitoring tools and dashboards, with the ability to extract actionable insights.
- AI Tools Knowledge (Nice to have): Experience with AI tools for content optimization and automation is a plus.
- Brand Management (Nice to have): Ability to ensure brand consistency across all digital marketing assets is a plus.
