Responsibilities
- Ensure the efficient and timely loading and dispatch of consumer pack products.
- Oversee the activities of loaders, trucks, and truck drivers at the loading bay.
- Ensure loading follows the delivery order, adhering to the FIFO system, and ensure heavier items are loaded before lighter ones.
- Maintain zero customer complaints related to invoicing quality, ensuring all loading is done in accordance with delivery orders, and conduct real-time reconciliation with forklift operators for accuracy.
- Ensure all SAP transactions are completed daily without pending issues.
- Lead dispatch operations, ensuring on-time docking and loading.
- Promote a safety-first culture by guiding loaders and operators to comply with safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with PZ Wilmar’s EMS policy, especially in managing waste (through proper waste segregation).
