Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing employee relations strategies that align with our organizational goals.
  • Be part of the hiring to ensure the right candidates are selected
  • Ready to act as a point of contact for resolving employee grievances and conflicts.
  • Facilitate training and workshops;
  • Conduct regular assessments of employee satisfaction and workplace culture.
  • Manage compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Design and administer employee welfare programs
  • Manage employee communications, engagement, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Advise management on necessary policies and practice updates to mitigate potential issues.
  • Coordinate employee engagement and recognition programs.
  • Identify and mitigate against potential employee relations risks.
  • Maintain and update employee relations policies and procedures.
  • Be ready to act as a key representative in collective bargaining discussions.
  • Prepare reports on employee relations metrics for management review.
  • Any other duties as may be directed by the Business Head.

Requirements

  • HND/BSC
  • CIPMN Certification
  • 8 – 10 years in similar role.
