Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure all products meet quality standards and specifications.
- Maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor and identify potential issues with machines or parts before complete breakdowns occur.
- Perform both preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery.
- Report any issues that cannot be resolved within a reasonable time frame to the maintenance line technician.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proactive with the ability to implement continuous improvement programs.
