We seek a passionate and skilled Frontend Development Instructor with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in JavaScript, React, HTML, and CSS. 

As an instructor, you will teach, mentor, and guide students to develop their coding skills, equipping them with the knowledge needed to excel in modern web development. You’ll play a crucial role in shaping their journey, providing hands-on instruction, and inspiring them to build a foundation in software development.

Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver Curriculum: Deliver engaging, interactive, and structured lessons to students at varying skill levels in web development languages and frameworks, including JavaScript, React, HTML, and CSS.
  • Provide Mentorship and Support: Offer one-on-one tutoring and mentoring sessions to address individual student needs, answer questions, and provide guidance.
  • Assess Progress and Provide Feedback: Regularly evaluate student progress through assignments, projects, and assessments, offering constructive feedback to help them improve.
  • Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and tools in the software testing industry and incorporate them into the curriculum.
  • Foster a Collaborative Learning Environment: Encourage active participation in class discussions, group activities, and peer-to-peer collaboration to create an engaging learning experience.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

  • You have at least two to five years of work experience
  • Must have a minimum of BSc

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in software development
  • Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or training is highly preferred.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in languages such as Javascript, React HTML & CSS.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and development best practices.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others succeed.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and relatable manner.

Education: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
