As the Head of Human Asset Management & Administration for Dangote Cement Transport, you will be pivotal in executing approved policies and optimizing the management of both human and material resources. Requirements:
To succeed in this position, you should possess a minimum of 20 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in middle management and 5 years in fleet operations management.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in social sciences or a related field is required.
- Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of the cement manufacturing sector, coupled with expertise in core HR management areas such as performance management, career development, leave management, reward systems, and conflict resolution.
- A solid grasp of employee engagement, labor relations, and relevant laws is also essential.
- We seek an individual with excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities, capable of effectively managing teams and establishing strong networks.
- Proficiency in HR and administration software is preferred.
