How You’ll Make an Impact
In your role as Head of Markets, you will lead growth initiatives with organizations, governments, Authorized Training Partners (ATPs), and Summits. Combining your senior stakeholder management and public sector expertise with advanced sales and consulting skills, you will drive success. You will lead a dedicated sales team and be responsible for enhancing the project outcomes of our partners.
What You’ll Bring to the Role
- A Bachelor’s degree (MBA or PMP preferred).
- 7-10 years of management experience in a global business environment, with a focus on multiple markets and channels.
- 10+ years of proven success in channel and B2B management, including business plan development and market planning integration across diverse areas.
- Extensive experience in developing strategic partnerships, proposals, and agreements.
- Strong B2B/B2G sales and/or consulting experience; experience in Project Management consulting is a plus.
- Experience leading and managing sales or consulting teams.
- Knowledge of marketing and relationship management tools, with the ability to present and apply them in both association environments and to senior management or top executive levels.
- Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and leadership skills, with a track record of driving team-based operational and strategic results.
- Experience working in agile, dynamic, and customer-centric environments.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in English (regional language knowledge is a plus).
