About the Role:
We are seeking a results-oriented Head of Sales to lead our team, drive customer acquisition, and achieve revenue growth. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven sales track record, strong leadership skills, and experience in the logistics, freight forwarding, or ground transportation industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of field sales executives to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare and present sales reports and performance metrics to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in sales leadership.
- Must have: At least 3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or ground transportation.
- Demonstrated track record of business/product growth and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
- Knowledge of import, export, port operations, shipping, and customs clearance is a plus.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical thinking and strategic problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
Interview Process:

- Hiring Manager Interview (45-60 minutes)
