Key Responsibilities
- The role of Head of Sales is to originate and manage relationships with high quality, long-term and profitable clients in a manner that is consistent with the objectives, values and policies of the business.
- The core focus of this role is to lead the sales team to drive the generation of new sales and increase revenue, implementation of a variety of business development initiatives aimed at growing the business, profile and branding by positively influencing and developing its reputation.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure sales targets are met, monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and implement corrective actions to achieve sales goals, monitor market trends, analyze data, and assess market conditions to identify opportunities and threats and solutions, prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
Qualification / Requirements
- Candidate must possess a good Degree in any of the Social Sciences from a recognized Higher Institution.
- Not less than 5 years marketing experience in the real estate or banking / Financial industry.
