Job Summary:
Oversee and manage the company’s ISO quality management system, ensuring all processes and documentation align with ISO standards. Facilitate and coordinate ISO certification and surveillance audits (QMS ISO 9001:2015 and OH&S 45001:2018). Lead quality assurance efforts to ensure compliance with industry standards, customer needs, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain, update, and ensure compliance with the ISO quality management system.
- Plan, conduct, and schedule both internal and external audits to evaluate the effectiveness of the quality management system, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, minimize waste, and boost operational efficiency.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on ISO standards, quality assurance processes, and best practices, promoting a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure raw materials and components meet quality standards, conducting supplier audits and assessments to verify compliance.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and inquiries related to product quality, communicating improvements and corrective actions effectively.
- Drive product development by integrating quality assurance throughout the process.
