Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
- Assist in organizing training and development sessions.
- Handle routine administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Manage correspondence, including responding to inquiries and forwarding important communications.
- Help in maintaining office supplies inventory and ensuring a tidy workspace.
- Provide support in organizing company events or activities.
Qualifications and Skills
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
