Rekrut Consulting Limited – Our client, a Haulage & Logistics Company, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: HR / Admin Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes.
  • Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
  • Support operational HR functions and administrative tasks.
  • Drive performance management and professional development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Provide HR advisory to support business decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR/Admin Manager role, ideally within logistics or a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and administrative functions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage operations and multitask effectively.

Salary
N400,000 monthly.
