Job Title: HR / Admin Manager
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Responsibilities
- Implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes.
- Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Support operational HR functions and administrative tasks.
- Drive performance management and professional development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Provide HR advisory to support business decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR/Admin Manager role, ideally within logistics or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and administrative functions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage operations and multitask effectively.
Salary
N400,000 monthly.
