Responsibilities
- Overseeing all HR and administrative functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, payroll, training, and development, and performance management.
- Compensation & Benefit: Plan and prepare payroll, Commission and statutory deductions & remittance.
- Exit Management: Prcess exit management an dprepare entitlement.
- Implementing HR and administrative policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
- Leading employee onboarding, orientation, and exit processes.
- Managing personnel records, updating databases, and handling tasks related to HR operations.
- Liaising with external partnerssuch as insurance vendors and ensuring legal compliance.
- Supervision: Supervise the Ambassadors and Factory workers.
- Any other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 6 months – 1 year experience.
