About the Role:
As an HR Operations Specialist, you will provide comprehensive HR administrative support to the Nigeria office and contribute to international market operations. You will manage HR administration, ensure compliance with employment law, process staff changes, and support employee relations. This role offers the opportunity to develop your HR skills across various areas within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support daily HR operations, assisting both business and HR functions.
- Manage employee benefits (mobile plans, leasing, commuting, health insurance) in Nigeria and international locations.
- Maintain and update company HR policies.
- Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies and processes.
- Provide administrative support and update internal HR databases.
- Prepare HR reports and presentations related to employee activities and projects.
- Liaise with public services as needed.
- Manage the onboarding process for new employees.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent) in HR Management, Legal, Organizational Psychology, or Internal Audit preferred.
- 3 years of HR experience with Nigerian Labor Law, preferably in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) with strong customer service and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- High degree of confidentiality and discretion.
- Adherence to company policies and standards.
- Team player with emotional intelligence and a positive, respectful attitude.
