Job Summary
This position serves as the primary point of contact for the function and carries out various administrative tasks to support the Department’s business goals.
Responsibilities
- Support, monitor, and assess all health and safety loss prevention programs, including accident prevention plans, HSE meetings, Safety Toolbox talks, job hazard analysis workshops, training, inspections, and audits.
- Prepare and distribute memos, emails, reports, and other correspondence.
- Administer the departmental mailroom and create and maintain both electronic and physical filing systems.
- Manage office imprest to ensure office supplies are replenished.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings for departmental functions.
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders on departmental issues.
- Maintain schedules and event calendars.
- Greet visitors and direct them appropriately.
- Ensure a safe and clean office environment by adhering to procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of HSE.
Requirements
- A minimum of an HND/BSc in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering field.
- Membership in relevant professional organizations is a plus.
- 0–2 years of experience, with a strong interest in HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment).
