Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Assistant Manager to support our HR department’s daily operations and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Support performance reviews and training programs.
- Ensure HR compliance and policy implementation.
- Organize employee engagement activities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience
- Membership with a recognized HR professional body (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and best HR practices.
- Proven leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion
