Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Assist in implementing people engagement initiatives across the company.
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
- Help drive the performance Management system and processes in the organization.
- Assist with preparations for disciplinary and grievance hearings as necessary and other day-to-day disciplinary issues.
- Assist in reviewing and developing relevant company policies and procedures and provide information regarding employee conduct and absences.

- Responsible for timely preparation of weekly /monthly reports as at when due.
- Carry out other duties within the scope of the role and with full regard to the confidential nature of the HR function.
Requirements
- A Degree in Social Science discipline or any other relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years work experience.
