About the Program

The Inspire Her Afrika Mentorship Program is a 4-month initiative (July to October) aimed at connecting early-career African women with seasoned mentors. This program is designed to offer guidance, support, and opportunities for skill enhancement, while cultivating a community of empowerment and growth. The structure of the program includes personalized mentorship sessions, virtual networking and learning events, and a chance to work on a Capstone Project.

Eligibility

  • Must be a citizen of any African country.
  • Must have at least a bachelor’s degree.
  • Should have between 0-3 years of work experience.
  • Must be between 18 and 29 years old.
  • Able to dedicate 5-6 hours per week for 4 months to engage in meaningful mentorship activities.
  • Must have access to a stable internet connection, and preferably a laptop.
  • Must currently reside in an African country.
