Job Description

This position is responsible for overseeing truck barging and initiating loading from the control system, preparing waybills and invoices for loaded trucks, and documenting daily stock movements. The role requires working varied shifts, including overtime and irregular hours, to ensure the terminal operates reliably. The individual will make operational decisions based on plant procedures, environmental and safety regulations, and sound judgment using operational data. The role also involves managing the terminal remotely through a distributed control system, occasionally operating equipment locally or manually. Clear and accurate communication regarding plant status is essential during shift handovers with fellow CROs and the Operations Supervisor, ensuring the quality and punctuality of data input into the PLC.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering-related field.
  • Minimum of Second Class Upper Division / Upper Credit.
  • At least 3 years of experience in LPG depot or LPG processing plant operations.
  • Knowledge of PLC / Automation is a plus.
