Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand marketing  campaigns and initiatives
  • Creative thinking and a keen eye for design, ensuring consistent brand aesthetics across various platforms
  • Experience in managing media relations, PR activities, and crisis communication
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and content marketing strategies
  • Proactive and result-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate brand messages clearly and effectively

Job role

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive brand marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, recognition, and customer engagement
  • Creating and maintaining a consistent brand identity and ensuring that all brand touchpoints align with the company’s vision, values, and positioning
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Commercial Studios and Talent Management, to develop compelling brand campaigns and initiatives that resonate with the target audience
  • Managing and overseeing all aspects of brand communication, including advertising, social media, content marketing, PR activities, and events
  • Monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities for brand differentiation and market positioning
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners to maximize brand exposure and secure positive media coverage
  • Leading crisis management and reputation management efforts, ensuring effective communication during challenging situations
  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify customer preferences, market opportunities, and emerging trends to inform brand strategies
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment across all departments and touchpoints
  • Monitoring and analyzing brand performance metrics, track campaign effectiveness, and provide regular reports to senior management
