Role Overview

The job holder will be responsible for ensuring efficient and smooth operations at the front desk, adhering to transaction procedures and company policies. This includes handling transactions like selling subscriptions and products, addressing basic customer queries, and resolving member account issues. The role also involves managing membership renewals and maintaining accurate front desk records in line with company standards. Additionally, the role supports the Branch Operations Manager in addressing member-related concerns and ensures that the reception area meets the company’s aesthetic and operational standards, contributing to an excellent member experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure adherence to front desk transaction procedures and policies, including processing subscriptions, selling products, and handling member account inquiries.
  • Act as an account officer, following up on membership renewals.
  • Supervise the Transaction Officer to ensure compliance with access control and check-in policies.
  • Maintain accurate front desk records as per company guidelines.
  • Assist the Branch Operations Manager with resolving member-related issues.
  • Ensure the reception area is organized and reflects the company’s look and feel standards.

Qualifications & Experience

  • A BSc/HND in Social Science or a related field.
  • 0-3 years of experience in operations, sales, or customer service, preferably in sectors like hospitality, HMO, or insurance.
  • Experience leading a team of at least 5 members for a minimum of 1 year.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
