Role Overview
The individual in this role will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the front desk by following established transaction processes and company policies. This includes managing tasks such as selling subscriptions and products, responding to basic customer inquiries, and addressing issues related to member accounts. The role also involves acting as an account officer, tracking membership renewals, and maintaining accurate front desk records in accordance with company guidelines. Additionally, the individual will assist the Branch Operations Manager with member-related concerns and ensure the reception area is kept clean and consistent with the company’s branding. Overall, this role plays a key part in delivering an excellent member experience and supporting operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure front desk operations comply with transaction processes and policies, including selling subscriptions and products, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving member account issues.
- Serve as an account officer by following up on membership renewals.
- Supervise the Transaction Officer to ensure compliance with check-in and access control policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date front desk records in line with company procedures.
- Support the Branch Operations Manager in managing member-related concerns.
- Ensure the reception area is neat and aligns with the company’s standards of appearance.
Requirements:
- Education & Experience:
- A B.Sc. or HND in any Social Science or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in operations, sales, or customer service, preferably in sectors such as hospitality, HMO, or insurance.
- Experience in leading a team of at least 5 people for a minimum of 1 year.
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets.
