We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Mid-Level Operations Executive to join our client’s expanding advertising agency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend operations, with expertise in both programmatic platforms and traditional media. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the efficient execution of advertising campaigns across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of programmatic advertising platforms, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with data analysts to evaluate campaign data and identify trends.
  • Oversee logistics and execution of traditional media campaigns, including TV, radio, and print.
  • Coordinate with media partners to ensure timely delivery and placement of ads.
  • Track campaign performance and key metrics.
  • Develop and implement efficient processes to streamline workflows and boost productivity.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and provide timely solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in advertising operations, with a strong focus on programmatic platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of programmatic advertising concepts, technologies, and platforms.
  • Experience in traditional media planning and execution.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, DoubleClick, and Adobe Analytics.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Understanding of digital marketing trends and emerging technologies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Benefits

REMUNERATION: N200,000 per month.
