Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Partnership Manager to join our team, playing a key role in expanding our network and enhancing our offerings through strategic partnerships. In this position, you will manage existing relationships, create new partnership opportunities, and oversee the execution and integration of partnership strategies.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify new partnership opportunities.
  • Negotiate agreements and ensure alignment with the organization’s objectives.
  • Cultivate and strengthen existing relationships, identifying opportunities for further collaboration.
  • Work closely with sales, product, marketing, and development teams to create and refine partnership strategies.
  • Drive business growth by achieving shared goals and objectives.
  • Track and report on the performance and outcomes of partnerships.
  • Develop and manage budgets for partnership initiatives.
  • Oversee the successful implementation of partnerships.
  • Represent the organization at industry events and conferences.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and innovations.
  • Lead and manage a team.

Requirements

Education/Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Banking/Fintech, with a minimum of 1 year in a partnership management role.

Skills:

  • Tech-Savviness: Ability to assess and evaluate new technologies and methods to determine their suitability for the business.
  • Analytical Expertise: Utilize data and analytics to track and assess partnership performance.
  • Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the sector’s feasibility and the company’s products and services.
  • Risk Analysis: Ability to identify potential risks and take appropriate actions.
  • Contract Management: Knowledge of partnership agreements, including terms, deliverables, and financial aspects.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Negotiation Skills: Skilled in negotiating agreements that are both favorable and fair.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop strategies that align with the company’s overall goals.
