Job Summary

  • As our assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to MD, ensuring smooth operation and efficient time management.
  • This role involves managing schedules, handling correspondence, coordinating meetings, and performing various tasks to support the executive professionally and on time.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for the Managing Director, handling communications, correspondence, and scheduling.
  • Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, ensuring all appointments, meetings, and deadlines are met.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other confidential documents while always maintaining strict confidentiality.
  • Handle ad hoc projects and special assignments as directed by the Managing Director.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, preferably in a fast-paced or luxury environment.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
  • Must reside in Lekki Phase 1 or be close to it for easy accessibility.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate the needs of the Managing Director.
