Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a maintenance strategy for process, packing plants, and ancillary equipment.
- Ensure world-class standards for Safety, Quality, and Environmental performance.
- Manage utilities operations, ensuring performance aligns with agreed KPIs.
- Collaborate with manufacturing departments, subcontractors, suppliers, and customers to resolve complex issues.
- Utilize engineering principles and techniques to manage and execute projects effectively.
- Evaluate factors such as cost, safety, and time constraints when addressing operational challenges.
- Apply improvement methodologies to analyze and resolve issues.
- Provide 8 hours of training per week for engineers, technicians, and technical operators.
Requirements
- A university degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Basic understanding of engineering systems and maintenance practices in FMCG or manufacturing environments.
- Proficiency in proactive planned maintenance tools (e.g., CMMS, SAP-PM).
- Strong computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access).
