Responsibilities
- Set up production machinery, adjust parameters for different SKUs or product lines, and modify settings when switching between lines or SKUs.
- Monitor machinery performance, identify issues, and address problems before they lead to a complete breakdown.
- Perform both preventive and corrective maintenance on all production line equipment.
- Report any issues that cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe to the maintenance (engineering) team.
- Ensure all products meet the required quality standards and specifications.
- Keep equipment in optimal working condition to ensure smooth production.
- Maintain a clean work environment in the packing plant, adhering to GMP and 5S guidelines.
- Operate machinery to ensure continuous, consistent production according to the planned schedules.
- Record operational parameters at designated intervals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues as they arise.
